Comprehensive cooperation between VINACS and VietJet Air

Right at the moment of New Year's Eve 2019, the moment of transition between the old year and the new year, and when the earth, sky and people's hearts seem to blend into one; everyone, every Vietnamese family is happily celebrating Tet and gathering together in the first moments of the new year and that is also the time when VINACS officially provides meals and services for VIETJET's first flights, marking the moment when VIETJET becomes a customer of VINACS at Noi Bai International Airport, this is a comprehensive cooperation event at airports in Vietnam between VIETJET and VINACS: at Noi Bai, Cat Bi, Cam Ranh, Phu Quoc.

With the motto of always aiming for and bringing innovation to the aviation industry, right after VINACS inaugurated and put the catering factory at Noi Bai International Airport into operation in March 2017, VIETJET in April 2017 sent a group of experts to visit, evaluate, and offer products to prepare for cooperation between the two sides. The group of experts was really impressed with the spacious facilities, modern and synchronous machinery and equipment, quality chefs and products of VINACS.

Not stopping there, in June 2017, VIETJET continued to send a delegation of experts to visit, evaluate the catering facilities and make sales pitches at VINACS's second airline catering factory in Cam Ranh right after this factory opened and went into operation in May 2017. With a factory fully invested in the same way as in Noi Bai and a team of professional chefs and staff, VINACS completely convinced VIETJET's delegation of experts and prepared for the next phase of sustainable cooperation.

To demonstrate its capabilities to all of VIETJET's top management and staff of all departments, as well as the final test and challenge of VIETJET for VINACS before the official cooperation, in November 2017, VINACS organized a product demonstration at VIETJET headquarters in Ho Chi Minh City. Attending the demonstration, VIETJET's Chairwoman of the Board of Directors, Ms. Nguyen Thanh Ha, VIETJET's General Director, Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao, both highly praised VINACS's tireless efforts towards cooperation with VIETJET and officially announced cooperation with VINACS from January 1, 2018.

Also at the moment of New Year's Eve 2018, VINACS provided services for VIETJET's first flight at Cam Ranh International Airport, marking the beginning of the cooperation between VIETJET-VINACS.

Belief after belief, VIETJET and VINACS not only stopped cooperating in Cam Ranh but continued to consider expanding the scope of cooperation. As a result, in the same month of June 2018, VINACS continued to serve VIETJET at Cat Bi and Phu Quoc International Airports, marking VINACS's rise at airports to bring services to customers.

With the scale of factories producing, processing airline meals and providing services at Noi Bai, Cam Ranh, Cat Bi, Phu Quoc International Airports and will continue to build new factories at other international airports, with modern, synchronous equipment and production lines, international standard quality management system and a team of staff with many years of experience in the field of airline meals, especially products and services that meet the requirements of the airline and tireless efforts throughout 2018; since January 1, 2019, by supplying VIETJET at Noi Bai International Airport, the cooperation between VIETJET and VINACS has been officially enhanced, becoming a comprehensive cooperation partner at all international airports in Vietnam.
