The current status of the land has completed land acquisition. The starting price for the auction of land use rights and assets attached to the land is over 1,337 billion VND. The auction form is indirect voting. The auction method is ascending bid.

As a result, Taseco Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company, in Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi, won the auction with a bid of over VND 1,367 billion, VND 30 billion higher than the starting price.

The winning bidder will construct the entire technical infrastructure of the New Urban Area Project, the central pedestrian street of Thai Nguyen City, with an area of over 6.6 hectares, including items such as: Walking street; 1-basement project including a parking lot combined with a commercial service area; townhouses... After completing the project investment, the investor is allowed to keep the house attached to the land for business investment; the remaining technical infrastructure, social infrastructure; pedestrian street, basement... will be handed over to agencies and organizations for management and use according to regulations.

The successful auction of the land plot at a higher price than the starting price not only demonstrates the strong investment attraction in Thai Nguyen City, but also contributes to creating resources for the locality to implement infrastructure development and urban beautification projects in the coming time.
