Vinacs officially serves meals for Qatar Airways

In early January 2018 , Vietnam Aviation Catering Services Joint Stock Company (VINACS)  officially  welcomed and served the first passengers on Qatar Airways flights.

Qatar Airways is one of the world's leading airlines with very high requirements for product and service quality standards. In the first days of the new year, the event of Qatar Airways - the world's leading 5-star airline - becoming an official customer was seen as a sign of a promising year for VINACS. This is an important milestone marking the development of VINACS Noi Bai in particular and the entire VINACS system in general.

VINACS catering forklifts approached and served flight QR969 – the first direct flight Hanoi – Doha landed at Noi Bai International Airport.

After a period of research and strict evaluation of safety standards in operations and exploitation; food safety and hygiene; product and service quality; factors of human resources, chef qualifications; technological equipment system to VINACS's quality management system, Qatar Airways has officially selected and signed a contract with VINACS to provide full products and airline catering services for Qatar Airways flights at Noi Bai International Airport.

Careful preparations were completed before the flight.

From January 2018, Qatar Airways officially opened a direct flight route between Hanoi and Doha, doubling the flight frequency to Hanoi compared to the present. This continues to be a new development step of Qatar Airways in the Vietnamese market, helping passengers have more choices with more flexible flight routes.
