In the exciting atmosphere of welcoming spring 2020, Taseco Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company (Taseco Land) has welcomed new personnel positions in the company's leadership to complete the system, promote effective capacity to develop the business.

Taseco Land closed 2019 by exceeding the planned targets. Along with that, Taseco Land has developed many large-scale projects in the provinces of Hanoi, Quang Binh, Hue, etc. Recently, Taseco Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company (Taseco Land) has completed the 15th change of business registration with a capital of 1,360 billion VND.

One of the important factors contributing to the success of Taseco Land is human resource organization. Over the years, Taseco Land has always focused on developing human resources, focusing on planning, training, recruiting staff, and building an organizational structure to meet the growing development requirements of the Company.

In order to strengthen the senior management apparatus to meet the requirements of implementing existing projects as well as developing new projects, Taseco Land has continued to improve the Company's organizational structure since the first days of 2020. Specifically, the Company's Board of Directors appointed Mr. Do Viet Thanh to the position of Permanent Deputy General Director; appointed Ms. Cao Thi Lan Huong to the position of Deputy General Director and Chief of Office of the Company.

Also on this occasion, Taseco Land Company appointed a number of other personnel positions. Transferred Mr. Phan Hoai Nam from the position of Chief of Office to Deputy Head of Project Development Department. Appointed two positions as Deputy Chief of Office for Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Ha and Ms. Pham Thi Thu Hien.

At the same time, the Company also reviews and implements the consolidation of human resources work at the unit; promotes the development of working skills and staff capacity, labor productivity, and continuously plans, appoints, trains, and rotates staff with professional capacity and good work results.

In parallel with Taseco Land's operating plan in 2020 along with many key projects, the organization improvement and consolidation of the company's human resources will be a springboard for Taseco Land to soon complete the set plans.
