TASECO Land is in the top 10 private real estate companies that pay the largest contributions to the state budget in Vietnam.

According to PRIVATE 100 data, the total budget contribution of the top 10 real estate companies is more than 32,000 billion VND and 8/10 enterprises have a contribution of over 1,000 billion VND.

Ranked 3rd in the PRIVATE 100 real estate industry is Taseco Real Estate Investment JSC (Taseco Land, stock code TAL) with a payment of more than 2,000 billion VND.

Projects in the Diplomatic Corps area were a stepping stone for Taseco Land when it first entered the real estate sector in 2016. Since then, this investor has developed many projects in the Diplomatic Corps area, West of West Lake (Hanoi). At the same time, the company also has urban and residential projects in Quang Ninh, Nam Dinh, Thanh Hoa or mixed-use commercial and service projects, apartments in Quang Ninh.

Central Riverside Project (New Urban Area under Project No. 4) located in the East of Thanh Hoa City with a total land area of 15.66 hectares, Taseco Land paid 1,200 billion VND in land use fees in Q3/2023, which is the main factor creating the budget payment figure in 2023.
