Taseco successfully held the 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

On the morning of June 23, 2017, Thang Long Aviation Services Joint Stock Company (TASECO) successfully held the 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders at the company's headquarters in Hanoi. 

The meeting was attended by shareholders, members of the Board of Directors, the Board of Management of TASECO; representatives of the leaders of member companies and affiliated companies of TASECO. On behalf of the Presidium of the meeting, Mr. Pham Ngoc Thanh - Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company - chaired the meeting according to the program approved by the shareholders.

Overview of the 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

At the Congress, the Shareholders and delegates listened to the General Director's Report on the situation and results of operations in 2016, the production and business plan for 2017; Report on the results of operations in 2016 and the operation plan of the Board of Directors in 2017. The Congress also listened to the Report on the activities of the Board of Supervisors and the audited financial report for 2016.

At the meeting, shareholders also unanimously approved a number of other important contents such as the 2016 audited financial statements; the 2016 profit distribution plan and remuneration payment for the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board; selection of an audit unit for the 2017 financial statements and a number of other contents.

In addition, the Shareholders attending the Congress also elected additional members of the Company's Board of Supervisors for the 2015-2020 term. As a result, Mr. Dang Xuan Hien and Nguyen Duc Ha were elected by the Congress as Company Supervisors to replace Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Phuong and Vu Thi Thu Ha who had resigned as Supervisors.

The 2017 TASECO Annual General Meeting of Shareholders was successfully held and achieved important decisions, creating a premise for the Board of Directors, the Board of Management and all employees of the Company to join hands and contribute their determination to reap good results in 2017.
