Taseco's mass organizations

1. PARTY ORGANIZATION
Established under Decision No. 01/QD-ĐUCQ dated May 27, 2010 of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Industry and Trade Union, up to now, the Company has 23 Party members operating at Party Cell 3 under the Party Committee of the Vietnam Industry and Trade Union.
At the 3rd Party Cell Congress, term 2015 - 2017, the Party Cell strives to admit at least 15 to 20 new Party members in accordance with the spirit of the Resolution of the Company Party Cell Congress.
The Company Party Office performs the following functions and tasks:
- Plan monthly, quarterly and annual Party activities in the entire Party Committee.
- Prepare drafts of regular and specialized leadership resolutions
- Review, research and propose the establishment of Party organizations under the Party Committee of the department and the Company Party Committee in accordance with the requirements of the leadership tasks of the units and departments.
– Carry out the function of propaganda and education to raise awareness for the Party members in the Party Committee.
– Provide theoretical training for new Party members and the mass team to serve the Party member development work.
– Carry out the Party development work. –
Manage records, reward and discipline Party members.
– Monitor and implement the collection and payment of Party fees of Party organizations in the Party Committee. –
Deploy and implement the inspection work of the Company Party Committee Inspection Committee.
– Advise the Company Party Committee in proposing the award of 30 and 40-year Party membership badges according to regulations.
– Coordinate with relevant agencies to implement the work content on organization and personnel work in the Company Party Committee.
– Monitor and manage the content related to internal political protection work in the Company Party Committee.

2. UNION ORGANIZATION
Established since September 2007, the number of union members of Thang Long Aviation Services Joint Stock Company's grassroots union has reached 941 people. This is truly a very effective organization, always paying attention to the lives of officers and employees in the entire company, proposing and advising the Company's leaders in fully implementing policies for employees, propagating and disseminating legal education to each employee so that employees can feel secure in their commitment to the Company.
Functions and duties:
- Advising the Executive Committee of the grassroots union in all activities of the Union according to the Law on Trade Unions and the Charter of Vietnam Trade Unions. Protecting the legitimate rights and interests of employees.
- Coordinating with the Company's functional agencies in organizing the annual Labor Conference.
– Participate with competent authorities in amending, supplementing or promulgating new contents of documents, rules and regulations related to employees.
– Develop and organize cultural and sports activities for employees according to the resolution of the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union.

3. YOUTH UNION
The Company's Youth Union has nearly 500 youth union members who have contributed their youth under the leadership of the Party, in coordination with the Trade Union to build the Company and the Vietnam Industry and Trade Youth Union to develop more and more.
Functions and tasks:
- Propagating political and ideological education, revolutionary traditions of the nation for youth union members.
- Organizing practical movements and activities for youth union members associated with the Company's production and business activities.
- Participating in social and charitable activities, showing gratitude, taking care of children of employees in the Company.
