Taseco Noi Bai successfully organized the 2017 annual shareholders' meeting

On April 11, 2017 in Hanoi, Taseco Noi Bai Aviation Services Joint Stock Company (Taseco Noi Bai) successfully held the 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The meeting is considered an important turning point marking the new development of the Company in the roadmap to become a public company and listed on the Stock Exchange in the near future.

In addition to the presence of the Company's shareholders, the Congress was also attended by representatives of the leadership of Thang Long Aviation Services Joint Stock Company (TASECO) and Taseco Noi Bai Aviation Services Joint Stock Company.

Overview of the Congress 

On behalf of the Board of Directors, Mr. Le Anh Quoc - Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of Taseco Noi Bai Company - reported to the entire Congress the results of production and business activities in 2016 and the revenue and profit plan for 2017 of the Company. Accordingly, in 2016, the Company achieved quite impressive business results such as revenue reaching nearly  317 billion  VND, profit after tax reaching  44 billion VND . Along with that, the production and business plan in 2017 also set a revenue target of nearly  593 billion VND  and profit before tax reaching  146 billion VND . The dividend rate in 2017 is expected to be from 35 - 50%.

At the Congress, the shareholders also unanimously approved many important decisions with an absolute rate such as: Electing the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors of the Company for the 2017-2022 term, Deciding on the profit distribution plan, Approving the 2017 revenue and profit plan. In particular, to be consistent with the development orientation and roadmap for popularization and listing of the Company's shares on the Stock Exchange in the coming time, the Congress also decided to change the Company's name to TASECO Aviation Services Joint Stock Company and amend the Company's Charter.

Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Pham Ngoc Thanh - Chairman of the Board of Directors of TASECO Company praised the efforts and contributions of the leaders and staff of Taseco Noi Bai to the overall success of the Group in 2016. Mr. Pham Ngoc Thanh hopes and believes that: The leadership team, staff and employees of TASECO Noi Bai Company will continue to unite, be unanimous and make efforts so that the production and business activities of the Company in 2017 will achieve more positive results. At the same time, Mr. Pham Ngoc Thanh also emphasized that: The Board of Directors of TASECO Noi Bai Company needs to pay more attention to perfecting the personnel apparatus, consolidating the management system and improving the efficiency of administrative and operational work in the first and second quarters of 2017 to meet the conditions for publicization and early listing of the Company's shares on the Stock Exchange.
