TASECO Land officially approved as investor of Dong Van III industrial park project, Ha Nam province

Dong Van III Supporting Industrial Park, east of Cau Gie - Ninh Binh Expressway, invested by Taseco Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company (Taseco Land) with a scale of 223 hectares and a total investment of more than VND 2,320 billion.

Comrade Truong Quoc Huy, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, presented the investment registration certificate and flowers to congratulate Taseco Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company (Taseco Land). 

Attending the conference were comrades: Truong Quoc Huy, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Tran Xuan Duong, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of relevant departments, branches and sectors and leaders of Duy Tien town.

At the ceremony, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Truong Quoc Huy awarded the Investment Registration Certificate for the Project "Investment in construction and business of infrastructure of Dong Van III Supporting Industrial Park East of Cau Gie - Ninh Binh Expressway" to the leaders of Taseco Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company (Taseco Land).

The project “Investment in construction and business of infrastructure of Dong Van III Supporting Industrial Park, East of Cau Gie – Ninh Binh Expressway” has a land use scale of 223 hectares; total investment capital of more than 2,320 billion VND, of which the investor’s capital contribution is more than 348 billion VND. The project is implemented in the wards: Yen Bac, Tien Noi, Hoa Mac and the communes of Tien Ngoai, Yen Nam (Duy Tien town, Ha Nam province). The project’s operation period is 50 years from the date the project is approved for investment policy and the investor is approved.

On behalf of the leaders of Ha Nam province, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Truong Quoc Huy congratulated and sincerely thanked Taseco Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company (Taseco Land) for choosing Ha Nam to implement the project.

In order for the project to be implemented smoothly and on schedule, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested Duy Tien Town to focus resources and coordinate with investors to conduct site clearance as soon as possible to soon have a clean site to hand over to investors. At the same time, step up propaganda and create consensus among people in the project's land acquisition area; pay attention to and create conditions for vocational training and job introduction to help people stabilize their lives... The Provincial Industrial Park Management Board continues to promote investment, advertise and attract domestic and foreign investors to invest in the province. Relevant departments, branches and sectors, according to their authority, proactively coordinate and support the timely resolution of recommendations, proposals, difficulties and problems of investors throughout the process of investment, construction and implementation of project activities.

He also requested Taseco Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company to assign staff and personnel to coordinate with provincial departments and branches to urgently complete investment procedures; focus resources on finance, human resources, machinery and equipment to implement the Project on schedule, put the project into operation soon, contributing to promoting the socio-economic development of Duy Tien town in particular and Ha Nam province in general. During the project implementation process, it is recommended that enterprises pay attention to environmental protection, ensure social security, create livelihoods for people in the project area, as well as fully perform state budget obligations according to regulations...

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee expressed his belief that after completion and operation, the project will become one of the greenest, most well-planned, modern, and most convenient industrial parks in Ha Nam province.

The representative of the investor, Taseco Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company, expressed his gratitude for the trust and support of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee, the departments, branches and Duy Tien town for the enterprise to implement the project "Investment in construction and business of infrastructure of Dong Van III Supporting Industrial Park, East of Cau Gie - Ninh Binh Expressway". The investor committed to comply with the provisions of law on investment, construction, land, environmental protection, fully perform financial obligations to the State; speed up the project investment progress according to the investment commitment. At the same time, he hoped to continue to receive the attention, companionship and support of the leaders of Ha Nam province as well as the functional departments, branches and local authorities so that the project could be implemented smoothly and operate effectively and successfully.

The project to invest in construction and business of infrastructure of Dong Van III supporting industrial park east of Cau Gie - Ninh Binh highway has been approved by the Prime Minister in accordance with Decision No. 1439/QD-TTg dated November 20, 2023. Also according to this decision, Taseco Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company was approved as the investor of the Project.
