Taseco Land held the first condominium conference

On the morning of June 10, 2018, at Building N02 - T1 of the Diplomatic Corps, TASECO Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company - the investor of the project - successfully organized the first Conference of Apartment Building N02 - T1 (term 2018 - 2021).

The conference was also attended by representatives of the People's Committee of Xuan Tao Ward, representatives of the Xuan Tao Ward Police, and representatives of Residential Group No. 1 of Xuan Tao Ward. The conference was held at the building's Community Activity Room with the participation of 76/98 delegates who are apartment owners and office and commercial space invited to attend the conference, reaching 77.6% of the total number of qualified participants according to the law.

At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Tran Tung - General Director of TASECO Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company (TASECO LAND), representing the Investor of the N02 - T1 building project - chaired the conference. Members of the Presidium read the report and asked for the conference's opinions to pass the regulations for the N02-T1 apartment building conference. At the same time, the conference voted to pass a number of documents such as: Regulations for organizing the N02-T1 apartment building conference; Regulations for electing the N02-T1 building management board for the 2018 - 2021 term; Regulations on operations and financial revenue and expenditure regulations of the N02-T1 building management board and Regulations on management and use of the N02-T1 building. The majority of residents expressed high agreement with these documents. In addition, the Presidium also received some comments from residents and will transfer these comments to the management board to continue perfecting the documents.

After more than 3 hours of serious work, the delegates attending the Conference selected and elected the Building Management Board of 05 people. The Management Board consists of 1 Head, 2 Deputy Heads and 2 members.
