On August 3, 2017 at the office of Thang Long Aviation Services Joint Stock Company (TASECO), the Company's Board of Directors chaired a conference to review the tasks of the first 6 months of 2017 to evaluate the results of production and business, and direction and operation in the first 6 months of 2017. At the same time, the conference also set out goals and solutions, promoted advantages, overcame shortcomings and obstacles to complete the business plan for the last 6 months of 2017.

Attending the conference were Mr. Pham Ngoc Thanh - Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Nguyen Minh Hai - General Director; members of the Board of Directors of the company; Representatives of the Board of Directors of member companies, affiliated companies and Heads of Departments, Boards and Units of the Company.

On behalf of the Board of Directors and the Executive Board of TASECO parent company, Mr. Nguyen Minh Hai delivered the opening speech at the Conference, introducing the new organizational model of the Group after restructuring and introducing key personnel at member units of the service sector and the Real Estate sector.

Mr. Pham Duc Long - Deputy General Director of the Company, on behalf of the Company, reported the business results of the first 6 months of the year to the entire Conference. Accordingly, the revenue and profit results at the parent company and its member units all exceeded the set plan.

At the Conference, the Company's leaders, member units and affiliates focused on discussing and evaluating the achievements of the units. The delegates also analyzed in depth the difficulties, advantages, shortcomings and solutions to implement in the last 6 months of the year for the Company's key areas such as Aviation and Hotel Services, Real Estate Investment and Business (RE) and Financial Investment.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Pham Ngoc Thanh - Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company highly appreciated the achieved business results and praised the efforts of the Board of Directors as well as the staff of TASECO Company and its member units. At the same time, Chairman Pham Ngoc Thanh also pointed out the shortcomings and limitations that TASECO and its member units are facing. In order to solve the difficulties and obstacles and complete the year-end goals, the Chairman of the Board of Directors requested that the Board of Directors of TASECO and its units be more determined in their direction and operation, paying special attention to training and human resource development, focusing on consolidating and building a dynamic, effective and capable apparatus to meet the development requirements of the Company and its units in the coming time.

At the Conference, Mr. Nguyen Minh Hai, representing the Board of Directors of TASECO parent company, assigned the task of adjusting the plan for the last 6 months of 2017 to TASECO Aviation Services Joint Stock Company (TASECO AIRS). In his closing speech at the conference, General Director Nguyen Minh Hai also shared: “From the contributions and opinions just recorded, the Board of Directors of TASECO parent company will study and make appropriate adjustments to the management and operation in the last 6 months of the year. The Board of Directors also believes that, with the support and close direction of the Board of Directors, the efforts and spirit of solidarity of the staff, TASECO parent company and its member units will definitely achieve the best and most effective business results in the last 6 months of 2017”.
