Taseco Complex building maintenance fund transfer ceremony

On the morning of October 13, 2018, Thang Long Aviation Services Joint Stock Company (Taseco) held a ceremony to transfer maintenance funds for the Taseco Complex Building project (N03-T2) in the Diplomatic Corps area, Xuan Tao ward, Bac Tu Liem, Hanoi to the Building Management Board (BQTTN).

The ceremony was attended by representatives of local authorities, representatives of the Board of Directors of Taseco Company (project investor) and members of the Management Board of N03-T2. Accordingly, the entire amount of VND 15,574,794,867 (Fifteen billion, five hundred and seventy-four million, seven hundred and ninety-four thousand, eight hundred and sixty-seven dong) was handed over by representatives of Taseco Company to representatives of the Management Board in accordance with legal regulations on management and operation of apartment buildings.

Previously in July 2018, the N03-T2 apartment building conference was successfully held and elected the building management board with 05 members. The investor and the management board continuously discussed, agreed and agreed on the plan to organize today's ceremony.

The maintenance fund transfer ceremony is an important milestone in the operation and management of the N03-T2 Building Management Board. This also demonstrates the prestige of Taseco Company, its compliance with legal regulations as well as the plan agreed with the building's residents.

Representatives of the investor, the Management Board of building N03-T2, and the operation management unit witnessed the ceremony.

On behalf of the N03-T2 Management Board, Mr. Cao Xuan Tung (Head of the Board) expressed his thanks to the Investor and the authorities at all levels for seriously and effectively implementing the handover of documents, assets and maintenance funds. This is the fourth Management Board established in the Diplomatic Corps Area, but it is the first Management Board to receive the transfer of all maintenance funds and bank interest on this fund according to plan and in accordance with the law.

Witnessing the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Luong (Vice Chairman of Xuan Tao Ward People's Committee) - representative of the local government - agreed with the handover of the maintenance fund between the investor and the management board.
