TASECO Company Trade Union Congress for the term 2018 - 2022

On January 27, 2018, at Noi Bai International Airport Office, the Trade Union of Thang Long Aviation Services Joint Stock Company (TASECO) successfully held the 3rd Company Trade Union Congress, term 2018 - 2022. 

Attending the Congress, on behalf of the Vietnam Trade Union of Industry and Trade, there was the participation of comrade Ly Quoc Hung - Member of the Party Executive Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel of the Ministry of Industry and Trade; comrade Tran Quang Huy - Member of the Party Executive Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Party Secretary, Chairman of the Vietnam Trade Union of Industry and Trade.

On behalf of Taseco's Board of Directors, there were Mr. Pham Ngoc Thanh - Chairman of the Board of Directors, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Company's Department; Mr. Nguyen Minh Hai - General Director, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Company's Department. In particular, there were 163 delegates elected from the Trade Union Groups in the Company who also attended in full.

Overview of the 3rd Taseco Company Trade Union Congress, term 2018-2022

At the Congress, delegates actively discussed and voted to approve the Summary Report of Trade Union activities for the 2012-2017 term, the Trade Union activities orientation for the 2018-2022 term and elected the Trade Union Executive Committee for the 2018-2022 term, and delegates to attend the General Corporation Trade Union Congress.

The Congress highly appreciated the achievements of the Company's Trade Union in the 2012-2017 term and frankly pointed out the limitations and shortcomings in the operation process. Taseco Company's Trade Union has operated in accordance with the Charter, coordinated with the government to ensure jobs and income for union members and employees. Protected the legitimate rights and interests of union members and employees. In addition, the Company's Trade Union always accompanies and shares the advantages and difficulties with the Company's Board of Directors, helping union members feel secure in their work and strive to complete their assigned professional tasks.

Delegates vote to elect the Executive Committee for the 2018-2022 term

On this occasion, the Vietnam Trade Union of Industry and Trade awarded the Emulation Flag to Taseco Company's Trade Union as "Excellent Unit in the emulation movement and trade union activities for the 2012-2017 term" and awarded certificates of merit to individuals with outstanding achievements.

At the Congress, union members highly agreed on the personnel plan for the Company's Union Executive Committee for the 2018-2022 term. The Congress elected the Executive Committee for the 2018-2022 term with 15 members.

The Executive Committee of the Trade Union for the 2018-2022 term was introduced to the congress.

The 3rd Congress of Taseco Company's Trade Union, term 2018 - 2022, was successfully held. The Congress believes that under the direction of the Company's Trade Union, the Party Committee and the Executive Committee of the new term will successfully implement the Resolutions of the Party and the Trade Union Congresses at all levels, contributing to the excellent completion of the set goals, caring for and improving the lives of employees, and building a sustainable development company.
