TASECO announces new organizational structure and appoints additional senior personnel

On February 17, 2020, Thang Long Aviation Services Joint Stock Company (Taseco) held a Ceremony to Announce the Decisions of the Board of Directors and General Director on the new organizational structure of the Company, and at the same time appoint personnel in charge of these new areas of work.

Attending the ceremony were members of the Board of Directors, General Director of Taseco Company, Taseco Airs, Taseco Land and the Board of Directors of member companies in the Taseco system in the Northern region.

New organizational structure of Taseco Company 

Accordingly, the organizational structure of Taseco Company will be supplemented with:

– Communications & Branding Department.

– Legal Department (under the Planning and Synthesis Department).

About human resources:

– Ms. Hoang Thi Sang was appointed as Deputy General Director in charge of Communications and Branding Department;

– Mr. Dang Xuan Hien was appointed as Head of the Company's Legal Department.

The Board of Directors presented the appointment decision and congratulated the new Deputy General Director Hoang Thi Sang.

Mr. Dang Xuan Hien received congratulatory flowers and the decision to appoint him as Head of the Legal Department.

The establishment of additional functional departments and offices along with the appointment of senior personnel aims to strengthen and perfect the organizational structure system, perfect the functions for better and better operations and management apparatus, suitable for each development period of Taseco.
