Signing ceremony of contract for building management and operation services, training and transfer of management process

On May 9, 2016, at the headquarters of An Binh Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company (a subsidiary of TASECO Group), address 43 Nguyen Khang, Trung Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi, the signing ceremony of the memorandum of understanding and consulting on the management of An Binh Complex building - N02T1 Diplomatic Corps between An Binh Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company and PMC Community (PMCC) took place.  

At the ceremony, the two sides agreed on a memorandum of understanding regarding the provision of consulting services for the management of An Binh Complex building according to Japanese high-end apartment management standards. Accordingly, PMCC will become a partner providing services and controlling service quality to optimize building management services according to Japanese standards, and at the same time, build a management process and provide real estate management services for serviced apartments according to Japanese quality.

It is known that PMCC is a three-party joint venture between: Asia Business Investment JSC, KS Community JSC and PMC Building Management and Exploitation JSC. In which, Asia Business Investment JSC (ABI) and KS Community JSC (KS) are both long-standing enterprises operating in Japan, having consulted and managed many large real estate projects.

In Vietnam, PMCC has also affirmed its position with many large real estate projects not only because of its professionalism and dedication but also because of creating friendly and humane living communities. The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding with PMC Community clearly demonstrates the development orientation for high-end real estate products that Taseco Group is aiming for, while also providing customers with a real estate management service according to high-end Japanese standards.
