On the morning of April 15, 2017, Phu My Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company (PHUMY Land) solemnly held the Topping Out Ceremony of the Phu My Complex luxury apartment complex project (N01 - T4) in the Diplomatic Corps urban area, marking the completion of the rough construction of the entire project, ensuring the scheduled progress.

The ceremony was honored to welcome representatives of the Board of Directors of Thang Long Aviation Services Joint Stock Company (TASECO), the Board of Directors of PHUMY Land Company; Representatives of Contractors, Supervision Consultants and all officers and employees directly involved in the construction of the project.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, on behalf of the Investor, Mr. Do Viet Thanh - General Director of PHUMY Land Company - highly appreciated the construction capacity of the Contractors, and acknowledged the Contractors' efforts in completing the project ahead of schedule, ensuring quality, aesthetics and labor safety as committed to the Investor. Mr. Do Viet Thanh also encouraged and motivated the Contractors to continue to focus on human and material resources to speed up the construction progress, complete the project, and soon hand over the project.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Duc Ha - Deputy General Director of TASECO Company - on behalf of the Phu My Complex High-end Apartment Project Management Board acknowledged the efforts of the Construction Contractor, the Supervision Consultant Unit who actively and effectively coordinated with the Investor and the Project Management Board to speed up the construction progress, ensure the quality of the project and soon complete the construction phase of the main part of the Project.

Also at the ceremony, Mr. Do Ngoc Long - Chairman of Phu My Land Board of Directors and Mr. Do Viet Thanh - on behalf of the Investor, presented the awards of gratitude "Completing ahead of schedule and Ensuring quality" to the main contractor Phuc Hung Construction Joint Stock Company, Project Management Board and Apave Supervision Consultant.

In the presence of all guests, the Investor, representatives of Contractors, construction units and project supervisors solemnly performed the topping-out ceremony on the 36th floor of the Building.

The topping out ceremony of Phu My Complex (N01 – T4) was successfully held, promising positive results that the Project will achieve in the next completion phase.

Construction started in October 2015, Phu My Complex (N01 – T4) high-end apartment complex is invested by PHUMY Land Company (a member unit of TASECO Company). With the active work of the construction units and close supervision of the investor, the project has ensured the progress as planned.

This is a high-end project complex with 5-star standards including: 5-storey commercial area, class A standard office, 30 floors of luxury apartments.

PHUMY Complex is located in the center of the Diplomatic Corps area - the most prime and beautiful location in the Diplomatic Corps area. In front of the project is the 60m main road connecting Ring Road 2 and Ring Road 3. Behind is the Ambassador Park and Lake. In the future, this place will become the new administrative and diplomatic center of Vietnam. From the project to the central areas, the airport and other important areas of Hanoi are very convenient thanks to the modern and flexible traffic system such as Nguyen Van Huyen Street, Ring Road 2 and urban railway.
