With the motto of providing customers with the highest quality products and services, satisfying customer requirements, VINACS not only constantly invests in modern equipment systems but also focuses on investing in the quality of human resources.

Continuously on January 17-18, 2018, VINACS organized an annual training course and improved knowledge and understanding of Halal standards for all officers and employees of the company in Hanoi and Cam Ranh. The training course was directly taught by Professor - Dr. HJ. Mohammed Abdul Rafek Saleh, Director of Global Halal Development Program, Malaysia Halal Training and Consulting Academy.

In 2017, VINACS was pleased to welcome 14 customers, domestic and international airlines; especially the 5-star Qatar Airways and Malindo Air, which have strict requirements for products and services that meet Halal standards. Therefore, understanding, training and continuously updating and improving knowledge and understanding of Halal standards for all staff is extremely necessary, always being cared for and nurtured by the company's management.
Through the training course, the trainees were taught and improved their understanding of the concept of what Halal is, and how to be Halal; distinguish between Halal food sources and non-Halal food sources, and grasp the strict standards and requirements in the process of processing and supplying Halal products and services.
With a separate Halal factory and equipment system, with the awareness and proper implementation of Halal by all officers and employees; VINACS has been awarded the international certificate of "Special separate Halal standard facility", and each VINACS officer and employee is also respectfully awarded the Halal certificate.

At the end of the training course, Professor Rafek Saleh spent the rest of his time visiting and evaluating the VINACS facilities and systems. Before saying goodbye and making an appointment to meet again at the next training course, Professor HJ. Mohammed Rafek Saleh said, “I am really satisfied with VINACS and do not hesitate to award the special Halal Facility Certificate to VINACS, the only separate Halal Facility Certificate in Vietnam in the airline catering industry. Congratulations to VINACS.”
