Historical milestone of VINACS Cam Ranh

August 1, 2017 will be a milestone in the history of VINACS Cam Ranh when VINACS Cam Ranh officially integrates with ground units to start providing meals and aviation services for Azur Air at Cam Ranh International Airport.
Azur Air is a major airline, operating flights across the vast territory of Russia to Cam Ranh International Airport, Phu Quoc in Vietnam and to other locations around the world. After a long period of review and strict evaluation of VINACS Cam Ranh on all aspects of safety in operations and exploitation; food safety and hygiene; product and service quality; factors of human resources, chef qualifications; technology equipment system to quality management system..., Azur Air has officially signed a contract with VINACS Cam Ranh, becoming the first customer of VINACS Cam Ranh to fully use VINACS's aviation catering services. The decision of Azur Air to sign a contract with the first flight ZF4244/CXR-KEJ on August 1, 2017 using products and services is a historical milestone for VINACS Cam Ranh, a testament to the trust of customers in the quality of VINACS products and services; demonstrating VINACS's commitment to airlines as well as state management agencies in the aviation industry and other fields through groundbreaking and factory inauguration events at Cam Ranh International Airport.

At the end of the service delivery for the first flight, the crew was very surprised and impressed with the warm gift from VINACS Cam Ranh, a cake decorated with the logo of Azur Air and VINACS, representing friendship and long-term cooperation. Although very busy with the preparation for the flight, the crew members and VINACS still took some time to take a souvenir photo together to record this unforgettable memory.

As we said goodbye to the crew members and wished them a pleasant flight, one of them shared with us,  “I was impressed and delighted with VINACS on this first flight. I often fly to and from Cam Ranh, but today was different. All the meals and supplies VINACS provided for the flight were wonderful, neatly arranged, easily identifiable, along with your warm gifts. I am very pleased with you.”

Saying goodbye to the flight, we returned to VINACS to review the supply for the first flight and prepare for the next flights. We all understood the value of  “emotion”  in the quality of products and services of airline catering.
