Da Nang Railway Station is the first railway station in Vietnam to meet 4-star international standards.

According to Mr. Do Trong Hau, Deputy General Director of AHT, Da Nang International Terminal is a terminal of innovation, always listening to real feedback from passengers and partners to continuously improve and bring services beyond expectations.

Since 2019, Da Nang International Terminal has synchronously deployed a series of infrastructure upgrades, technology investments, landscape renovations, human resource training and development, and passenger service process optimization with the aim of achieving 4-star standards. All are closely following the needs of passengers and partners, from the smallest things to special support for special subjects.

In  which, infrastructure is one of the pillars that the station is promoting to upgrade, for example, renovating the green space landscape; installing E-Standee electronic board system at all departure gates; developing children's play area, adding working tables and chairs, relaxing chairs in the waiting area; adding Korean language to the signs.

Da Nang International Terminal also prioritizes investment in supporting technology equipment such as automatic check-in system, automatic baggage check-in, automatic boarding pass control, expanding utilities such as: Free baby strollers, information support counter, private medical room, prayer room, ATM, postal service are cleverly arranged along the passenger's journey; paid services such as sleeping box service, luggage storage, business lounge are also newly invested to bring the most optimal experience for passengers on early flights, late flights, waiting for connecting flights or needing to recover before long flights.

According to AHT representative, Da Nang International Terminal is also a pioneer in bringing local culture and traditional expressions into diversifying entertainment activities.

In addition, the terminal also regularly organizes many interactive activities with passengers, especially during important domestic and international holidays. Typical examples include unique monthly themed decorations or surprise activities such as giving chocolate to passengers on Valentine's night flights, Christmas music performances, and New Year's lucky money for passengers who come to "first enter" Da Nang.

“Da Nang International Terminal may not be the most modern or the largest in scale, but it will be a terminal that is different in terms of hospitality and warmth in service. And to create that difference, it all has to start with the organizational culture. When each individual and each unit has a common vision and shares a common set of values, that will be the driving force to create positive changes,” said Mr. Hau.
