Contract signing ceremony for design consultancy for A La Carte Ha Long Bay project

With the policy of developing real estate investment into a key business sector, Thang Long Aviation Services Joint Stock Company (TASECO) has set out the orientation of developing 5-star hotel projects that meet international standards in the coming time. Accordingly, on August 17, 2017, TASECO held the 'Signing Ceremony of Design Consulting Contract for A La Carte Ha Long Bay Luxury Hotel Apartment Project' with two design consulting units Aedas Pte Ltd and Cube Architecture Joint Stock Company (CUBIC).

Attending the ceremony were Mr. Pham Ngoc Thanh - Chairman of the Board of Directors of TASECO; Mr. Nguyen Minh Hai - General Director of TASECO; Mr. Steven Thor - CEO of Aedas; Mr. Nguyen Trung Dung - General Director of CUBIC; and Heads of Departments, Boards, and Units representing the parties participating in the signing ceremony.

The successful organization of the tripartite cooperation signing ceremony marked an important turning point in the cooperative relationship between TASECO, Aedas and CUBIC for the investment project to build the key project A La Carte Ha Long Bay in Quang Ninh province.

Ranked in the top 5 leading design companies in the world with a scale of more than 1,400 employees, Aedas is highly appreciated by the Board of Directors of TASECO for its capacity and experience in implementing the design of the A La Carte Ha Long Bay project.

The signing ceremony of cooperation between TASECO and CUBIC in designing the A La Carte Ha Long Bay project has even greater significance, affirming that the relationship between the two sides has developed well after many previous projects. In this project, CUBIC plays the role of local design and construction drawing consultant.

Evaluating the project, Mr. Pham Ngoc Thanh said: this is an important project for TASECO and a key project in Quang Ninh. He also highly appreciated and expressed his belief that with the implementation capacity of Aedas and CUBIC, after the A La Carte Ha Long Bay project comes into operation, it will become an outstanding product, a highlight of Ha Long, a premise for the projects of the parties. He also hopes that the parties will coordinate with each other, make efforts, and be highly determined to bring the project's goals to be implemented on schedule.

Mr. Steven Thor - CEO of Aedas also sent his deep thanks to TASECO and CUBIC, and expressed his determination to complete the A La Carte Ha Long Bay project on schedule, with the best quality.

A La Carte Ha Long Bay is built on two plots of land H30 and H33 in Peninsula II of HALONG MARINA (which is planned to include a Marine Museum, Bungalow and swimming pool area, souvenir shop street, Plaza park, artificial beach, pier, etc.). Alacarte Ha Long Bay will be built here and promises to become a highlight attracting tourists.

It is expected that in December 2017, the A La Carte Ha Long Bay project will start construction and be put into operation around the end of 2019.
