On the morning of November 30, 2016, Thang Long Aviation Services Joint Stock Company - TASECO solemnly held the Ceremony to announce the new operating model - Ceremony to announce and hand over the decision to appoint the Company's leaders at the Company's office, NO2-T1 building, Diplomatic Corps area, Bac Tu Liem district, Hanoi.
Attending the Ceremony on behalf of TASECO Company, there were: Mr. Pham Ngoc Thanh - Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, Mr. Nguyen Minh Hai - General Director of the Company, Mr. Do Tuan Anh - Member of the Board of Directors of the Company, Chairman of the Board of Directors of An Binh Real Estate Joint Stock Company, Ms. Tran Thi Loan - Member of the Board of Directors, Chief Accountant of the Company.

The ceremony was also attended by members of the Board of Directors, Heads/Deputy Heads of Departments, Company Boards and all employees of the Company's office block.

On the side of the member companies, there were the presence of the Chairmen of the Board of Directors, General Directors, Deputy General Directors, Chief Accountants of the companies: JALUX TASECO Duty Free Company Limited, TASECO Noi Bai, TASECO Da Nang, TASECO Saigon, Ocean View Da Nang One Member Co., Ltd. and An Binh Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company.

In addition, the Ceremony also had the participation of a representative of the Enterprise Management Consulting Unit, NGS Equipment and Communications Joint Stock Company - the invited unit to present on Enterprise Resource Management Solutions.

At the beginning of the program, NGS briefly introduced the enterprise resource management solution - ERP. With a growing and expanding enterprise like TASECO Group, NGS wishes to have a comprehensive and long-term cooperation, bringing practical benefits to both parties. Also at the Ceremony, Chairman of the Board of Directors - Mr. Pham Ngoc Thanh informed all employees of TASECO Group about the operation and development model of TASECO Group in the following years. After more than 10 years of establishment and development, TASECO has now grown into a multi-industry, multi-field Group with a charter capital of up to 250 billion VND. Along with two main strengths of Aviation Services and Real Estate, in 2015 and 2016, the Company has switched to the operating model of Parent Company - Subsidiary with 10 Subsidiaries and 5 Joint Ventures.

Believing that with the solidarity of all staff, TASECO Group will develop with new, better and more effective steps, improving the lives of all staff.
